Our chef joined our restaurant in 2017. Originally from the south-west of France, he has adopted Mediterranean cuisine, notably thanks to his 8 years' experience alongside Alain Ducasse in Paris and London and two years with Stéphane Gaborieau Best worker in France.

The rigorously selected quality products as well as its cuisine made between tradition and modernity has delighted our demanding customers.
